About Lori

With over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare, Lori Marshall has built a career focused on transforming organizations, empowering leaders, and driving meaningful change. Her journey began as a pharmacist before transitioning into progressive leadership roles, including three CEO positions across hospitals and home care. Throughout her career, she has served as a Board Director at the local, provincial, and national levels, contributing her expertise in governance, strategy, and organizational development to each role.

Lori is known for her calm, thoughtful leadership and strategic mindset. She excels at building consensus, solving complex problems, and inspiring teams toward a shared vision. At the heart of her work is a desire to empower people to unlock their potential and create meaningful impact. She values deep personal connections and being part of a broader community, helping others lead balanced, purpose-driven lives.

Outside of work, Lori is a dedicated mother of three young women who inspire her every day. She is passionate about travel, the outdoors, and living a balanced life. She and her husband are currently exploring provincial parks and baseball stadiums across North America in their trailer.

In her free time, Lori enjoys running, golfing, curling, playing piano, and reading. She is also dedicated to mindfulness through meditation and yoga and considers menu planning and grocery shopping her secret superpower.
