  • The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. 

  • Executive coaching typically involves a series of one-on-one sessions between a coach and a leader. The goal is generally to enhance the leader’s performance within their organization. 

    When you work with an executive coach, you set out on a customized path with a thought partner. This may include defining and reaching goals, overcoming obstacles, getting unstuck and developing or carrying out a strategy to achieve those goals.

  • Coaching is not consulting. The coach holds space for the client to unlock their full potential and trusts the capabilities of the client in finding solutions themselves.

    The coach does NOT provide advice, solutions, or recommendations to the client. Coaching is also not mentoring, counseling or a substitute for professional mental health support.

  • Coaching packages are offered in 3 or 6-month intervals. Generally we will meet twice per month at your convenience. 

  • When working with Marshall Insight, you can be assured that we abide by the ICF code of ethics including our commitment to your confidentiality.

  • The majority of coaching sessions are conducted virtually. In person sessions can be arranged depending on travel required.

  • We offer a range of services, including executive coaching for individual leaders, team coaching including boards and committees, and specialized observational coaching for leaders in action. Every service is customized to align with your objectives. 

    In addition, Marshall Insight is associated with INJOY Coaches, a collective of diverse certified coaches that can be contracted to coach multiple individuals in one organization.
